Warranty claims must be made before the parts are installed. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it has been determined the part is defective we will either replace it or send you a refund. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect purchaser or ultimate user of such goods from injury or death.
